Utkarsh Small Finance Bank needed a bilingual explainer that could make their customers feel confident about going digital. The focus: breaking down the Aadhaar OTP process in a way that’s easy to follow, visually intuitive, and free from tech overwhelm.

Having worked with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank over time, we’ve built a solid understanding of their audience. So when the brief came in, we knew clarity and relatability were key. We went with character animation to make the video more engaging and approachable. From scripting to voiceovers and final delivery in both Hindi and English, every step was handled to ensure the video felt simple, clear, and user-friendly.
