Our Culture

Culture is incredibly important to us. It’s the environment that helps people thrive and bring out their best selves. We’d go as far as to call it the secret sauce of Cutting Fillum Entertainment’s success. Some time ago, we sat down to define our culture—to translate how we do things around here into words. How hard could it be? Well, by the end of it, we had drafted a 3-page document! Crazy, right?

Most places will have a flowery paragraph filled with superlatives explaining how they’re fun, cool, focused, and driven. But we’re not like most places. While we are all those things, we’re much more than that.

We are multi-dimensional. And that’s because people are multi-dimensional. It’s the understanding of these nuances that is at the heart of every decision we make. This is what drives us to build meaningful relationships both inside and outside our company’s doors. And it’s why we’re able to create impactful work that fills us—and our clients—with pride.

So, yeah. That’s us.
